This course is warm, practical, and totally beginner‑friendly — perfect if you’ve been curious about mindfulness but weren’t sure where to start. It’s designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and feel more present in your everyday life.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn simple practices that help you:

✨ Reduce stress and emotional overwhelm
✨ Feel more grounded and centred
✨ Respond rather than react
✨ Create small pockets of calm in busy days
✨ Strengthen resilience and self‑compassion
✨ Feel more connected — to yourself and others
These are skills you can use anywhere: on the school run, at work, in conversations, while cooking, walking, or navigating tricky moments.
Each session blends guided meditation, gentle practices, and down‑to‑earth discussion.
No jargon. No pressure. No need to be “good” at anything.
